Lore Group Sustainability Mission Statement

Sustainability isn’t just your actions, it’s your attitude — and, for us, it’s an ongoing, transparent, measurable process of thinking responsibly and behaving ethically. We aim for the kind of commitment to positive social and environmental impact that cultivates a deeper connection with community, reduces our impact on natural resources and Co2e emissions and ensures all our efforts are supported by auditable data.

Pulitzer Amsterdam 

A UNESCO heritage-listed property with 223 rooms on the Prinsengracht and Keizersgracht is certified as aligning with Green Globe’s programme. The property underwent an audit in 2023 with De Groene Grachten (Green Canals) to identify carbon saving projects through energy efficiencies. Uses brown energy for electricity and transitioning to renewable energy at source from 2025. The hotel is a member of The Green Hotel Club Foundation (GHC), and Open-Up to support a culture of well-being and fuel work performance by empowering the team with personalised support for their emotional, social, and physical well-being. All waste is segregated and sorted and  we offer digital check-in/out solutions, PressReader digital newspaper in-room reading, and paperless in-room-dining menus; other eco solutions include single-use-free and large format amenities.
